Juairiya – working for Louise in our London office
Juairiya has worked tirelessly to support a variety of children with complex needs. She is adaptable to change and has become a valued member of our team.
Kate – working for Helen in our Midlands office
Kate is currently supporting a Year 10 student with complex learning difficulties on a one to one basis. The pupil has speech and language difficulties and problems with communication and interaction. Kate has also been supporting small groups of additional pupils with learning difficulties. The school tells us that “she most certainly does above and beyond to support the school and our students.”
Marina – working for Emma in our Bristol office
Following a very thorough and helpful discussion with Emma from the Bristol office, Marina was suggested to support two pupils at our school who were finding learning and social interactions particularly challenging. From day one, Marina brought experience, compassion and consistency which has really made a difference in the school. Her relationship with our pupils is outstanding and they have great respect for her. As well as supporting these pupils with their complex behaviours, she delivers good learning and social experiences through an alternative curriculum which involves working closely with teachers, senior leaders, support staff members and external contractors such as Occupational Therapists and Forest School Leaders.
Marina, who has a great sense of humour, really complements our team and we love having her work with us. She has helped us to turn our challenges into success and I am grateful to her for all that she does. Definitely ‘Candidate of the Term’ if not the year!
Kate – working for Emma in our Bristol office
Kate has been with us since January. We work with exceptionally challenging young people and she has been responsible for engaging with a particularly difficult young person. Since she started to work with the leaner, he has started to make great progress and has shown real social improvements, not only this but Kate has to prepare food and cook for up to 25 picky eaters as well as looking after them and keeping them safe. Kate has thrown herself into everything that we have asked her to do and done above and beyond without complaint. She has been a real asset to the team.
Halima – working for Helen in our Midlands office
Halima stands out because the child she is working with is increasing his day which is largely down to her intervention and the relationship she has built up with the child concerned.
Claire – working for Hayley in our Liverpool office
I would highly commend Claire who we have currently she has quite simply just slotted in to the department without any reservation!
