And here is a reminder of what we got up to in 2016
January 2016 saw us launch our overseas recruitment drive – this is at the University of Galway Teacher Recruitment Fair, where we received a very warm welcome from the students.
In February, we were pleased to run into Lorraine Petersen, OBE at the nasen Leadership Conference in London. We are looking forward to continuing our support of nasen into 2017
In March, we were thrilled to sponsor the NAS Professional Conference, as well as an Autism Professionals Award. Congratulations again to Luke on his win.
April was the month for World Autism Awareness Week – and we were only too pleased to take part in Onesie Wednesday!
In May, our teams got their “Judgey Faces” on in support of the NAS “Too Much Information” campaign.
July brings with it the end of the school year, and last year, we had an end of term company get-together which was great fun, with plenty of awards as well as food, drink and games! It’s just one of the reasons we love working for Axcis!
I’m not going to lie – most of our staff are on their holidays during August at Axcis – so here is a nice picture of a beach instead of an empty office!
In September, Axcis Andy (helped by his team mates) took part in the 3 Peaks Challenge. That’s not one for the faint hearted!
October saw our teams take part in the MacMilllan “World’s Biggest Coffee Morning”. Here’s our “Star Baker” Helena showing off her talents.
In November, Craig in Liverpool showed us his “Pudsey Face”!
And finally, in December, we gave our third and final “Candidate of the Term” awards of 2016. We look forward to hearing all the great comments about our staff again in 2017!
Don’t forget that we have plenty of jobs for you to apply for in 2017. And we offer a generous referral bonus if you have friends or family looking for employment.
