Mizanur – working for Louise in our London office
Mizanur relates well with other members of the team, parents and has a great empathy SEN pupils, has already formed deep and effective relationships with students, willingness to step out of their usual role and take on things like extra-curricular work, works extremely hard to ensure the students in a very challenging group engage with the work we aim to complete. The students in this group have made exceptional progress since starting the Drama intervention sessions, though this would not have happened without the enthusiasm and support these members of staff bring to the session.
Begum – working for Andrew in our London office
Begum in particular should be commended. She threw herself into a 1-1 role with a child with severe SLCN and volunteered to continue teaching her phonics lesson even when she was redeployed elsewhere. She attended the child’s annual review and made helpful and constructive suggestions. She has also taken on 1-1 roles with two other KS1 pupils with EHCPs for global developmental delay and other undiagnosed, but very challenging needs.
Maria – working for Andrew in our London office
Maria. She has shown incredible willingness to support children with additional needs and great flexibility in adapting to new requests. She is quick to ask for support if they need it and provide children with a calm, consistent approach.
Luisa – working for Andrew in our London office
Luisa is always coming up with new ways to support the pupil she works with and deals with demanding situations with a smile. The pupil she supports is non-verbal and thanks to Luisa’s great work, has recently started to use words in school, which is a huge achievement! Luisa is kind, caring and reliable.
Eleni – working for Andrew in our London office
Eleni is always calm and patient with the pupil she works with. She is challenging the pupil to achieve more this year and we are all pleased with her progress. She helps with all aspects of the classroom preparation and is always willing to pitch in and be part of the team!
Cendrine – working for Helena in our London office
She’s so efficient. If you ask her to do anything, it’s never too much trouble, and always completed in good time. She’s one of the best candidates we’ve ever had.
George – working for Emma in our Manchester office
We would like to nominate George. his class team are telling me he is ‘amazing’ and ‘great’ and supports the students and also is supportive of the staff he works with. He has been working with two different classes and, due to the skills he has shown, he is now working with a particularly challenging class of boys very effectively. We are very pleased he has chosen to seek employment with us and will be joining us from Axcis soon. So its also thanks to Axcis for positioning him with us. We are very happy to nominate George for candidate of the term.
