Candidate of the Term Autumn 2016: Nominations

Bisan – working for Camelia in our London office

We would like to nominate Bisan. She is very flexible, uses her initiative, communicates well with teachers and all other staff, very good with the children, calm – I could go on and on..

Carol – working for Louise in our London office

I nominate Carol Joseph for her dedication and commitment to the children at our primary school. Carol is up for a challenge and is open to changes and new experiences. She is a real team player!

Priscilla – working for Louise in our London office

If she sees something needs to be done she takes care of it without being asked, relates well with other members of the team, parents and has a great empathy SEN pupils, has already formed deep and effective relationships with students,  actively interested in extending her knowledge and soughing other people’s opinions and advice about students’ needs,  willingness to step out of their usual role and take on things like extra-curricular work, works extremely hard to ensure the students in a very challenging group engage with the work we aim to complete.  The students in this group have made exceptional progress since starting the Drama intervention sessions, though this would not have happened without the enthusiasm and support these members of staff bring to the session.

Nicola – working for Sorcha in our London office

We would like to nominate Nicola for the following reasons; She is adaptable/flexible, always willing to go the extra mile, has excellent communication skills, takes direction well but is also proactive, has built good relationships with mum and child, has a kind and friendly manner and gets on well with the rest of staff here. She also has good interpersonal skills and is a fantastic member of the team. She has a difficult role and handles it very well.

Ediz – working for Louise in our London office

Ediz relates well with other members of the team, parents and has a great empathy SEN pupils, has already formed deep and effective relationships with students, willingness to step out of their usual role and take on things like extra-curricular work, works extremely hard to ensure the students in a very challenging group engage with the work we aim to complete.  The students in this group have made exceptional progress since starting the Drama intervention sessions, though this would not have happened without the enthusiasm and support these members of staff bring to the session.

Anna – working for Camelia in our London office

I would like to nominate Anna. She is doing an amazing job and is always smiling and willing to help!

Fedele – working for Louise in our London office

Fedele is proactive, patient, punctual, relates well with other members of the team, parents and has a great empathy SEN pupils, has already formed deep and effective relationships with students, actively interested in extending her knowledge and soughing other people’s opinions and advice about students’ needs,  willingness to step out of their usual role and take on things like extra-curricular work, works extremely hard to ensure the students in a very challenging group engage with the work we aim to complete.  The students in this group have made exceptional progress since starting the Drama intervention sessions, though this would not have happened without the enthusiasm and support these members of staff bring to the session.

Patience, working for Halael in our London office

Patience from Reception Class is our nominee! She is very caring, helpful and always willing to go an extra mile.

Alice, working for Helena in our London office

She’s just so lovely – always so proactive and friendly.

Ruben – working for Halael in our London office

I just wanted to email you to say how much I appreciate Ruben being in Rainbow. He is conscientious and proactive – he has bonded with all the children in the class and always tries hard.  I know I can trust him to work with students and he is a positive presence in the class.  At lunchtimes and break times he interacts with all the students; noticing those who are not engaged and finding something to do with them.  Ruben is a fabulous part of my team and it is an absolute pleasure having him in Rainbow. Please leave him in Rainbow!

 Afroditi – working for Halael in our London office

I would like to nominate Afroditi Petridou. She consistently goes out of her way to be supportive and helpful to all. Afroditi is very observant and picks up on sometimes small but important student  issues  – she will use staff email to voice any concerns she has. Equally she is very proactive in finding, suggesting or making resources that she thinks will be useful.

Nominations for Candidate of the Term Autumn 2016 are now closed.
