Our London Winner – Paul
Just to remind you, here is the reason for Paul’s nomination:
Paul has constantly shown his commitment when working in our school. He is professional and genuinely cares about making a difference. The head-teacher and I agree that we need more Pauls in the world of teaching. He is currently supporting a pupil with SEMH and there has been a huge
difference with the students performance and this has been doe to Pauls help. Keep up the good work!
And here is what Paul thinks of winning:
Oh my god – thank you so much, I never win anything. Thanks to Gurpreet, I asked her for a challenge and she delivered, the pupil I have been supporting has been consistently coming to school and I am really enjoying working one to one with him.
Our Regional Winner – Antonio
Just to remind you, here is the reason for Antonio’s nomination:
I would like to nominate Antonio. He is simply fabulous; he performs better than the majority of our staff; his commitment is exemplary; he is often first to school and last to leave; he has developed the DT department single handedly; he eases the strain on school by taking troubled kids into his vocational area; he is quite simply brilliant. Please, please, please can he be seriously considered for this award.
And here’s what Antonio thinks of winning:
I enjoy being at the school, its nice to be appreciated by the school and axcis, and I enjoy the DT work that keeps the SEBD kids engaged. I find it extremely rewarding.
Huge congratulations to both winners – we hope you enjoy your shopping vouchers and certificate. Well done also to all our runners up who will also receive a certificate of appreciation for all their hard work on behalf of Axcis.
Do you have Axcis staff you’d like to nominate?
