Our head office is based in Oxford Circus in the West End. It’s our biggest and longest-established team. There is never a quiet day!

Overseas co-ordinator

This role will involve working with the overseas recruitment manager, coordinating the transition and placement of teachers from overseas.

 

Ideally you would have the below skills & experience:

  • Have an excellent understanding of the process of relocating from overseas to work and live in the UK
  • Knowledge or experience of recruitment in education, social care, although we will consider other sectors
  • The ability to build rapport with people, both on the phone and face to face
  • Ability to prioritise and work in a target orientated environment
  • It would be advantageous if you were a qualified teacher who has relocated from overseas

 

The role:

  •  Resourcing & recruiting candidates
  • Interviewing and vetting candidates in line with DfE guidelines
  • Working closely with the New Zealand and South Africa office
  • Chasing references, DBS, verifying documents
  • Database management
  • Attending exhibitions to recruit candidates

 

 Benefits:

  •  Extremely competitive basic salary (£28k)
  • Share of the bonus structure
  • Shift pattern working hours 7-4 or 9 -6  in term time
  • Reduced working hours in non term time
  • Pension ,Health Insurance, Child Care vouchers

SEND Team Leader

We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and motivated individual to join our successful team in Essex. If you have the ability to develop new business, can thrive in a fast paced environment and want to make a difference then Axcis want to hear from you.  You must have a minimum of 3 years previous recruitment experience and be comfortable within a position of responsibility.  This will suit someone who is looking to take the next step in their recruitment career.  Someone who is able to deputise in the managers absence.

 

Ideally you would have the below skills & experience:

  • Strong business development skills, both on the phone and face to face
  • A proven track record in sales.
  • Ability to prioritise and work in a target orientated environment
  • Confident in decision making
  • Ability to lead a team a small team

 

The role:

  • 360 recruitment role
  • Business development within Essex
  • Face to face visits with schools and SEND provisions
  • Resourcing & recruiting candidates
  • Interviewing

 

Benefits:

  • Extremely competitive basic salary (24k-28k)
  • Highly attractive bonus scheme (8-10%)
  • Shift pattern working hours 7-4 or 9-6 in term time
  • Reduced working hours in non term time
  • Pension, Child Care Scheme, Health Insurance (after qualifying period)
