Axcis Education London is looking to appoint Graduate Recruitment Consultants to join our Graduate Training Scheme, starting mid-August 2015. You must be available to attend a graduate assessment day on the 24th June 2015 to be considered for this role.
Our coveted graduate positions are ideal for university leavers with a keen interest in sales and earning commission as well as offering a good basic salary. A knowledge or understanding of special needs education would be a distinct advantage, although our scheme offers full training and support for the right candidates.
After an initial training period, you will be expected to build your business using a combination of sales calls, client visits and marketing, and will have clear and achievable targets to work towards.
In this role you will be responsible for sourcing top quality candidates for special needs roles in your area, and will need to be personable and approachable in order to develop good rapport with candidates and contacts within schools.
In addition to your competitive base salary, you will also start earning personal commission immediately on any new business you develop.

To be successful in the role of a recruitment consultant means being able to work to deadlines, thriving in a fast-paced environment, and paying attention to detail while displaying the ability to listen and act effectively. You will need to be within easy travelling distance of Oxford Circus due to regular 7am starts, and must have excellent written and spoken English skills.
